Goal: Complete redesign of the website layout to eliminate technical issues, improve loading speed based on Google Pagespeed, and correctly integrate all plugins and functionalities. Adding a mobile version, as well as a tablet version for several pages. The website is built on ACF Pro / Polylang.
1. Scope of work: pages
It is necessary to develop the following pages, taking into account the repeating blocks:
Home
Services (repeating blocks: footer; keep blocks: contacts, our clients, how we work)
Price list (repeating blocks: footer; keep blocks: contacts, our clients)
Promotions (repeating blocks: footer; keep blocks: contacts, our clients)
Contacts
FAQ (repeating blocks: footer; keep blocks: contacts)
About the company (repeating blocks: footer; keep blocks: contacts, our clients, reviews)
Blog (repeating blocks: footer; keep blocks: contacts)
Blog post (repeating blocks: footer; keep blocks: contacts)
Business (repeating blocks: footer; keep blocks: our partners)
Additional services page (repeating blocks: footer; keep blocks: contacts, reviews, FAQ)
Additional services page with sidebar (repeating blocks as on the additional services page + sidebar)
Residence Permit page (repeating blocks: footer; keep: application, FAQ, reviews, block “how we work” and other blocks from the additional services page)
Note:
Blocks that are repeated on different pages should be extracted into separate components for reuse.
The layout must be fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile version according to the Figma layout).
2. Project goals and objectives
Check and fix all technical errors of the website (including schema.org, SEO errors, recommendations from Google Search Console).
Complete layout according to Figma designs (desktop + tablet + mobile version).
Improve website loading speed:
Optimize JS and CSS.
Work with caching (check 10Web, possible transition to LiteSpeed Cache or another plugin).
Optimize work with Cloudflare.
Fix the display of blog ratings (stars in search results).
Check the correct operation of all plugins, including:
Turnstile (Cloudflare captcha)
SEO plugins
Blog rating plugins
Test the website on a new hosting (hostinger.com) and transfer relevant content from the existing website.
Ensure full indexing of the website by Google after changes.
3. Technical requirements
Layout: clean HTML5, CSS3, JS, correct responsive layout.
Use of modern practices: semantic layout, correct structure H1-H6, alt for all images, image optimization.
Component structure of repeating blocks for easy maintenance.
Compatibility with the latest versions of browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Check the website through Google PageSpeed, eliminate critical errors.
Work with plugins: correct integration without “hacks”.
Support for SEO and blog rating plugins.
4. Project status and hosting
Active website: on Polish hosting (www.one-plus.pl) duplicate of the website on another hosting (everything is connected and linked)
Copy of the website: on a test hosting (for layout and testing).
5. Requirements for performers
Experience: at least 10 completed projects on Freelancehunt or other platforms in HTML/CSS and web development.
Willingness to work according to modern standards and provide quality results.
Responsible approach to deadlines, long-term cooperation is welcome.
Ability to work with WordPress plugins, Cloudflare, caching.
Experience in speed optimization and fixing Google Search Console errors.
6. Expected results
Fully responsive website according to Figma layouts.
Fix all Google Search Console errors.
Fix the display of blog ratings in search results.
Optimize loading speed.
Full integration of all plugins and Turnstile captcha.
