- so that classes are called by BEM typology and we can expand them in the future
- that all blocks are located on the page according to their identified coordinates, which are initially recorded in the data-top and data-left parameters, which will contain the coordinates of the left top corner of each block.

vw взагалі не проблема. Можу запропонувати навіть ліпший варіант, а саме поєднання rem + clamp + vw.
Працював з jquery ui draggable. Це трохи стара бібліотека, якщо що, теж можу запропонувати альтернативу ))
