Нет, нужно изменить всю структуру листа по картинке.
Добавить сверху главную картинку поста, собрать контент в середину, вставить фон облаков и сделать что-бы пост выглядел как на картинку.

Если это главная картинка поста, то нужно учесть добавлять очень большую картинку к посту, чтобы не було зернистости фото. А так, то думаю все реально. Обращайтесь, обсудим, ну точно будет меньше тис.грн.
