Ну да, да. Я работаю на фрилансе не первый год, подобные digital - агенства называют обычными call центрами, которые просто пересылают сообщение между реальным заказчиком и исполнителем. В лучшем случае - помогают создать ТЗ.
Вы действительно хотите сказать что команда классных специалистов, доверит создание сайта собственного проекта фрилансерам, готовым разрабатывать сайты с бюджетом в 1000 грн.
Или что владелец "digital агенства" имея в своем распоряжении команду, решит отдать разработку фрилансерам...)))
