AI video creator / video editor for the startup Rentteka
I'm looking for a freelancer for systematic work on video content for the Ukrainian startup Rentteka — a long-term housing rental service without realtors.
It is necessary to create videos combining AI scenes, characters, screen recording of the website, subtitles, and promotional editing.
The first project is a welcome video for the website lasting 60-90 seconds. The script and voiceover are already available. It needs to be visualized in illustrations and screen recording of the website.
Next — a series of promotional videos for the website/short Reels/TikTok/Stories ads/paid ads.

We are developing a new behavior pattern,
and it needs to be explained:
the essence is that a tenant who is moving out of rented housing can list it on Rentteka, find the next tenant (while still living in the current housing), and receive a reward for it - a third of the realtor's commission. All this without a realtor. The property owner essentially actively engages to get acquainted with the new tenant.
I will need a lot of content to explain this behavior model.
Initially for the website, then for Instagram and other social networks.
For the first video, I see that there should be screen recordings from a mobile phone on our website, and a visual explanation of the behavior illustrated by several characters. I envision this as simple, without complex graphics
illustrations like a white background and some characters performing certain actions.

Ми розвиваємо новий патерн поведінки,
і його треба пояснювати:
суть в тому що Орнедар, який зїджає з орендованого житла може виставити його на Rentteka, знайти наступного орендаря (поки ще проживає в даному житлі) , і отримати за це винагороду - третину від ріелтерської комісії. По першому відео я бачу що мають бути відеозаписи екрану мобільного телефону на нашому сайті, і візуальне пояснення поведінки проілюстороване декількома персонажами. Бачу це простеньким, без складної графіки
