Looking for a video designer, animator, or motion designer to create a series of short videos 30-90 seconds long in the format of a pseudo-documentary about fictional cities. The task is to make atmospheric clips that look like promotional or travel videos of real cities, but with surreal and fantastic elements. For example, a city where buildings grow like trees or a resort where time flows backward. Must be skilled in 3D animation and art, motion design, video editing, and post-production, and be able to work with visual effects. It is important to be able to style the video as an advertisement or documentary. An interest in sci-fi and surrealism and the ability to come up with visual concepts will be a plus. Work will start with one test clip, and if successful, a long series may follow. Payment is negotiable, a fixed rate or hourly rate is possible.
