Has anyone else encountered this problem besides me among Fiverr users? I just recently registered there and tried to go through verification to publish a Gig, but when scanning the back of my passport, the scan rejects me and says that the file format is incorrect. I have a Ukrainian passport, and the back of the document does not match the markers indicated on the scanner. On the back, I only have numbers and letters, and there are no square markers of the barcode in the middle of the document that the camera scanner on the platform dictates to me. Has anyone else had this problem? Please let me know how you resolved it and whether this is indeed an issue with the document, and if the Ukrainian passport is powerless here, requiring me to register an international/foreign passport, which I do not have?
