The account is active, but all products are rejected for display due to this policy. The reason is that Google believes that the information about the company or website may be incomplete or insufficiently transparent.
🎯 Project goal Achieve full restoration of product displays in Google Merchant Center by eliminating the reasons for the “Misrepresentation” block and passing a re-review.
✅ Expected result The account is approved after the Google re-review.
The “Misrepresentation” block is lifted.
Products are again available for display in Shopping Ads.
All necessary changes on the website and in the Merchant Center have been made.
A brief report on the actions taken (what was changed and why) is prepared.

Feeds are created automatically (by brands).
The main issue is not with the feeds, but with the account / website / business transparency settings.
Access to the Merchant Center account will be provided (read/edit).

Understanding of Google policies (especially “Misrepresentation”, “Business transparency”, “Health & Medicines”).
Ability to conduct an audit of the website and account, identify the reasons for the block, and make specific changes (at the level of content, policies, contacts, etc.).
Ability to prepare the website and account for re-review (review request).
🕐 Estimated result Restoration of product display — within 3–7 days after corrections and review request.
Payment — through “Safe”, after confirmation of unblocking or receipt of confirmation from Google about successful review.
