I have familiarized myself with the issues in Google Search Console and Analytics — the task is clear, typical for websites with duplicated prefixes and incorrect tracking.
What I will do for Search Console:
I will set up a 301 redirect from /uk/uk/ to /uk/ (to eliminate URL duplication).
I will check and fix:
pages with 404 errors
pages with incorrect canonical
excess redirects
blocking via robots.txt
pages with noindex (where it is not needed)
I will clean the indexing from technical duplicates.
I will resubmit pages for indexing after corrections.
I will minimize the number of reasons for "not indexed."
