Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Scheduling:
- Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, and text posts) for social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
- Write captions that resonate with our target audience and encourage engagement.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers to build relationships and foster a sense of community.
- Identify and interact with relevant accounts to increase visibility and reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Prepare reports summarizing performance and insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
Platform Management:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct hashtag research and optimize posts for discoverability.
- Manage and update profiles, bios, and highlights as needed.
Campaign Support:
- Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Suggest innovative ideas to differentiate and enhance the brand’s online presence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or other social media management software.
Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Creative thinker with the ability to adapt content to various platforms and audiences.
Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
Familiarity with paid social advertising campaigns.
Understanding of SEO principles as they apply to social media content.
