Что касательно ландшафта. То можно сделать все в одном стиле. Мне кажется так будет смотреться более однородно. Или разделить в зависимости от типа коттеджей. Нужно видеть палитру вашего каталога и решать как лучше.

Этапы работы следующие.
Создаём модели домов и согласовываем с вами все нюансы по ним. После чего занимаемся 3D визуализацией. Подбираем ракурсы, ландшафт и тд.
