Оптимизация видео:

Перед работой над видео, указать: среднее кол-во просмотров по ключевому запросу и среднее кол-во просмотров в год для каналов - новичков.

Собрать и согласовать теги для видео

Согласовать Названия, Описания и Хештеги для видео. 

Оптимизация плейлистов: 

Оптимизировать название и описание плейлиста (если можно перевести - перевести). В текущем случае - работаем с одним плейлистом, остальные удаляем. (Плейлисты, которые доступны по ссылке - не трогаем они для внутреннего использования - видеоредактор, дизайнер)

Работы, что проводятся, перед оптимизацией - весь контент пишем в telegra.ph, согласовываем и после этого добавляем.

Текст для превью и название к роликам

Сделать отдельной таблицей, тексты для превью и названия к роликам для 11 тем:

Язык

Видео на украинском языке. Название, описание, теги и тд делаем все на русском. + обязательно добавить в видео перевод названия и описания на украинский. Название и описания на укр языке должны соответствовать поисковым запросам на укр. языке, может быть, что они могут совпадать и переводиться прямо, это нормально. Дальше автоматически ютуб будет выбирать язык для зрителя. Этим занимается человек, который оптимизирует видео/канал и тд. 

Перезалив

Делаем перезалив и оптимизацию 6 видеороликов (число перед Назвнаием видео - кол-во просмотров на момент формирования задачи):

Важно! Ответственность за то, что бы проследить youtube не посчитал это копией, лежит на том, кто оптимизирует видео. Если увидели, что youtube посчитал копией, сразу написать, что бы мы сделали все возможное, что бы исправить ситуацию. За название заливаемого файла - ответственность несет тоже тот, кто оптимизирует видео. Если название файла не подходит, именно он меняет его на более подходящее. 

Перед перезаливкой “нового” ролика, “старому” указать “Видимость по ссылке”, и только тогда заливать “новый”. Это касается всех выше описанных роликов. 

Серийность канала

Скорость постинга(перезалива): 4 ролика в месяц. 

CTR видео

1. Дать рекомендации для существующих заставок, 
2. Сформировать название, которое кроме SEO эффекта повлияет и на CTR

Внутриканальный трафик (конечные заставки)

Стратегия 1: Используем кнопку подписаться, самое новое видео и предыдущее. С добавлением каждого нового видео, корректируем старые под эту стратегию. 

Стратегия 2: Используем кнопку подписаться, следующее видео и плейлист (решили отказаться от этой стратегии в этот раз)

Субтитры

Занимается заказчик, загрузить по желанию может человек занимающийся SEO оптимизацией.

Подсказки (Інформаційні картки)

Должны появляться не раньше чем 80% видео, чтобы не раздергивать смотрящего и глубина просмотра была больше.

Ответственность человека, который оптимизирует видео - убрать Подсказки если они были кем-либо до его работы, или добавить подсказки если это надо. В случае перезаливов видео, проверить предыдущие видео на предмет нестыковок в подсказках и исправить нестыковки.
