For performers who show good results, there is also the possibility of career growth to team leader. Responsibilities of the leader: coordinate the work of other performers; control the quality and timeliness of task completion; assist new team members. The leader receives an additional percentage from each confirmed publication of their team’s performers, in addition to their own earnings for completed tasks.
