если выделенный сервер то почему бы и нет? с лайва грузанутся и все.

Если с Хетзнером работали поймете в чем дело, выйдет там только в случае vKVM так как обычного нет, и с удаленной подгрузки iso, так как iso вам там не подгрузить, только через installimage скрипт

да верно но можно через билинг панель свой образ вкорячить и попросить прикрутить его к машине

Это плохая идея. К тому же на Хецнер без лицензии на винду не прокатит.
Вам надо запустить Rescue System, подмонтировать остальные диски и сделать бекап того, что уцелело.
