VM: Windows 10 Home 22H2 (build 19045.6093), one VDI ≈ 100 GB + data on disk E: ≈ 586 GB.
Symptoms:
normal boot → 1 second, then WinRE (“Your PC did not start correctly”).
Safe Mode works, network is unavailable in it.
EFI partition was damaged (RAW 533 MB), now repartitioned and formatted, but normal startup still does not occur.
SFC finds no violations; DISM offline requires install.wim source 19045.
