нет коннекта. До сервера не доходит запрос.

Сертификат тут добавлен один сейчас, но если бы виндовс его определял, то ошибка была бы на следующем этапе (при добавлении обоих сертификатов проблема остается)

ПОДКЛЮЧАТСЯ ДАЖЕ БЕЗ ШИФРОВАНИЯ СТОИТ. КАПС попробуйте шифроване поставить.

К сожалению нет. Это одно из трех подключений в моих попытках решить проблему. В другом стоит require encryption но ошибка та же. (попробовал в этом поменять всё так же)

item1 и item2 на первом скрине это:

и

при этом в mmc он добавлен в truster root. И в настройках самого подключения его видно и он выбран

Лучше был не видос. А линекс там все проще. VPN попробую заново настроить и изменить ip на машины своей
