Выбор даты и времени доставки
Нужно сделать так, чтоб клиент мог выбрать дату и промежуток времени доставки.
Условие: При выборе времени, должен быть промежуток 3 часа.Например с 15:00 до 18:00. Но не раньше чем через 3 часа после оформления заказа. Например клиент делает заказ в 15:00, и ему предлагался временной промежуток не раньше 18:00.
Тоесть чтоб у менеджера было 3 часа на обработку заказа.
Если клиент делает заказ после 18:00, то он может выбрать промежуток времени с 9:00 следующего дня.
Время на сайте должно быть по Украинскому часовому поясу. Если человек делает заказ с другой страны, в которой отличается часовой пояс, ему должны показываться временные промежутки исходя из текущего времени в Украине.
