Всех - в России и в Украине - должно бы интересовать - потому что вебмоней пока что держится над политическими беспределами - всякие там киви хороши ровно до той минуты, когда внезапно не заблокируют весь баланс на 3 мес, просто по подозрению.
И поэтому хотелось бы, чтобы Заказчик - он же в курсе - написал немного общего, познавательного. Типа, что есть вебмоней (его сайт...). А при нем есть биржа (ее сайт...). На этой бирже можно (что можно? обменивать титульные знаки между собой, обменивать титульные знаки и иное...) Механизм там такой... Выгода там такая...
Потому что я 100 лет работаю с вебмоней и все 100 лет проклинаю его - начиная с использования ими виндоус на серверах и закачивая интерфейсом - так у них неимоверно все запутано... Они даже энциклопедию для ориентации сочинили. И все равно на простейшие вопросы на их сайтах можно получить только сложнейшие ответы) - нужен живой человек, Заказчик вроде живой)

- парсинг значений текущего лучшего курса с суммой не ниже 10 из https://wm.exchanger.ru/asp/wmlist.asp в нужном нам направлении обмена
- арифметика выставления или не выставления заявки исходя из полученных значений
- скрипт также должен уметь отменять (удалять) заявку

Заявки там не выставляются, авторизоваться там не нужно, скрипт просто берет оттуда значения курсов в нужных нам направлениях обмена на суммах чужих заявок от 10
