2) Посадить на WP с Visual Composer либо другим виз. редактором.
3) Сделать 2 языка.
Если будет возможность на ВП сделать при виз редакторе адаптацию под моб, будет замечательно.
По большей части, сейчас интересует сайт на 2х языках, информационный больше. Информация в будущем изменяться не будет.
Так что как 2й вариант можно сделать так, вытянуть дизайн, внести корректировки в него. русский язык сменим на 2 других.
Можно 2 сайта даже сделать просто 1 на домене, а другой на поддомене. Не будет необходимости функции 2х языков.
