Самый простой вариант: сделать *.xls файл, в котором будут указанные колонки. Картинка в виде мини-изображения, можно дополнить ссылкой на полноразмерную картинку с сайта, например. Повесить выгрузку файла на регламент и всего делов.
А можно выгружать в отдельную таблицу БД сайта и сверстать мини - каталог под это дело.
Мне кажется нужен первый вариант.
Да и второй будет несколько дороже.

В дополнение к предыдущим ораторам могу добавить еще один вариант.
Можно клиентов прямо в базу 1С пустить (веб-интерфейсом или мобильным клиентом) с правами доступа только на просмотр номенклатуры и остатка по ней.
Еще как вариант, можно в 1С сделать API, который будет возвращать описанные Вами данные. А вызывать этот API можно уже откуда угодно (с сайта, с мобильного приложения и т.п.).
Хотя действительно - самым очевидным решением является любой ИНет магазин, который синхронизируется с 1С. -
Пускать в базу небезопасно, ну и вопрос лицензий стоит если все по чесному

Безопасность решается правами доступа. Хотя, согласен - это менее безопасно, чем когда в базу нет доступа вообще.
А вот с лицензиями да - проблема есть. -
