всё предельно просто в том что вы хотите сэкономить, в результате чего вынос мозга исполнителям и трата времени вам.
всё предельно просто в том, что вам необходимо сделать сперва дизайн а верстальщик уже сделает по ней верстку.
всё предельно просто - если мне что-то не нравится, я об этом пишу в обсуждении проекта по существу, тем более если это может помочь вам как заказчику и другим как исполнителю.

8 страниц, дизайна нет. Цветовая палитра, это не дизайн. Даже тз нет. Клиент типично скажет, эй мне тут не понравилось, как ты слизал сайт, я представлял себе что он будет красивее. Ты тратишь мое время и слив.
