It's important to understand not just editing, but specifically performance creatives: hooks, dynamics, attention retention, video structure, subtitles, offers, b-roll, before/after, product demos, etc. What needs to be done: edit short UGC videos for advertising; adapt materials for Meta Ads / TikTok style; create different variations of one video for testing; add subtitles, graphics, callouts, simple effects; if necessary, use AI to generate or enhance individual elements of the creative; be able to work quickly and according to a clear brief.
