I have reviewed the technical specifications. The scope of tasks is quite complex — it includes SEO logic for URLs and redirects, elimination of duplicate meta-data, filter setup, speed optimization, work with multilingualism, layout adjustments, and redesign according to Figma.
To carry out the work correctly and without risks to SEO, I suggest dividing the project into stages:
1️⃣ SEO and URL structure (Lifestyle categories, article nesting, 301 redirects, breadcrumbs, elimination of duplicate title/meta)
Preliminary: 5–8 working days.

2–4 days (depends on the plugin/implementation used).
3️⃣ Speed and video optimization (mobile/desktop + Safari autoplay)
3–5 days after the technical audit.

1–3 days.
5️⃣ Redesign according to Figma

💶 Preliminary cost
Since the tasks involve SEO and site structure, I will be able to provide an exact amount after a brief technical audit (access to the admin panel).
Preliminarily for items 1–4:
from 800 to 1500 EUR (depends on the complexity of the current implementation, multilingualism, and filter).
Redesign according to Figma is evaluated separately after analyzing the layouts.

Бо потім наступні проблеми:
1) знецінюється робота розробника, "говорив $25, а по факту з усіма правками $225"
2) клієнт надіється на оперативні і якісні правки, а виходить "попадає" і на час, і на кошти. -
це був сарказм, оцінка в 25 це просто мінімальна оцінка яка пропускає сайт.
паралельно вивчаючи ТЗ, якщо відпише замовник, тоді є сенс його детальніше вивчати -
