Functional requirements:
User registration:
- Existing users should be able to register for events without re-registering on the site.
- When logging in, data from the CRM is automatically pulled, and fields are pre-filled.
- Automatic assignment of tags to participants in the CRM.
Mandatory fields for new users:
- First name, last name, email, sector, country.
- Additional fields: organization, position, event information (how they found out, interesting topics, questions).
Tags:
- Admin should be able to add tags for new events.
- Tags are added to new registrations and existing users.
Editing the event page:
- Copying and editing the existing page.
- The client should easily edit the information.
- Preservation of background, icons, and countdown, removal of the map and accommodation information.
We already have all of the above set up with other registration forms, and there is already the possibility of adding tags, etc.
