Yii1-2 developer with DevOps skills

I need assistance from an experienced Yii1 developer who has experience working with Unix-like systems. The following tasks are upcoming:
1. Deploy a new server on Hetzner
2. Create a "snapshot" of an existing working server with all infrastructure and deploy a copy on the new server. CPU and RAM metrics should match the parent server.
3. Update DNS for the new server, add A-records
4. Generate LetsEncrypt certificates
5. Open SSH tunnel on a specified port
6. Configure Nginx
7. Set root password using passwd
8. Modify (configure) crontabs to work on the new server (commands included)
9. Be able to work with the database via SSH
And other tasks listed in the document.
Additionally, skills with Yii1 are required, as you will need to configure a project copy for operation on the new server. You should have a good understanding of server setup for Yii1, as well as knowledge of parser operations. The task also involves several other services that need to be understood and launched according to instructions. The technical specifications document (in English) will be attached to the assignment.
This task will need to be performed periodically again (the checklist order remains the same, but on different servers). Strong knowledge of the described technologies is required, and you must be capable of completing this. I will consider candidates with past experience in DevOps and Yii.
