About the activities I work with several sales channels and suppliers: Prom.ua; Rozetka; dropshipping; own warehouse. It is necessary to analyze the activities of the online stores as a whole, determine the actual cost structure, and based on that, develop a correct markup system. What data I will provide I will provide all necessary information for the last 3 months, including: turnover; number of orders; cost of goods sold; marketplace commissions; advertising expenses; delivery costs; packaging costs; returns; cancellations; employee salaries; rent; taxes; other fixed and variable costs. Expected result As a result, I want to receive: a detailed financial analysis; conclusions and recommendations; calculation of the optimal markup; a ready model in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas; the ability to change input parameters (purchase price, desired profit level, commissions, expenses, etc.) and automatically receive a new recommended selling price. Additionally After completing the analysis, an online consultation is required (30–60 minutes), during which the logic of the calculations needs to be explained, how to use the model shown, answer my questions, and provide recommendations for further use of this model.
