Legally, the apartment is divided into 4, but the utilities are not. They also did not allow the installation of a heat meter for one unit. We have been paying for heating based on bills that divided the heat losses among all who do not have a meter.
Now the payments have become unaffordable, ranging from 4500 to 5800 UAH per month for 27 sq.m. This means for 4 apartments with a total area of 100 sq.m, it can reach up to 25000 UAH.
When contacting the head of the homeowners' association, we receive the response - return the distribution of apartments back, meaning there is no way to resolve this.
