Good day to everyone, dear specialists. I have a problem — my Instagram account has been blocked. The reason for the blocking is most likely because the content manager posted a revealing neckline of a girl, and the post was about OnlyFans.
What happened next?
Then all the accounts I had on my phone also got blocked. I was only able to unblock the backup personal account and the hairdresser's account because I suspect there were personal photos on it.
Other accounts have the status "permanently blocked," the reason for the blocking is bypassing Instagram restrictions by creating a second account.
My personal account and Facebook page were also blocked because the account violating the rules was in the same account center.
What was done?
We contacted Facebook support, communicated both via chat and email. It was agreed to send the accounts for re-verification, client accounts were told to wait 20 days, 10 days have already passed — no results. The main account that violated the rules was not approved. We have sent over 20 support requests — no results. They operate with general statements about rule violations and mainly send this instruction:
1. Please go to this link:
https://help.instagram.com/366993040048856
2. Please tap, “visit this page”
3. Once you click it, Please choose "My account was disabled", and click continue.
4. After that, choose “My account doesn't follow Instagram's Community Standards”.
5. Lastly, you just need to follow the on-screen instructions for you to submit the request on your end.
But it doesn't work.
What next?
I would like to find a professional who has already dealt with similar issues and could help for a fee.
P.S. The accounts are small — up to 1000 active followers each.
