удалить фон с такого видео качественно можно лишь покадрово вырезая все элементы вручную, в остальных случаях это будет не качественно и почти не возможно (моё мнение).
видео 11 секунд, в секунде пусть минимум 25 кадров. = 275 кадров.если вы возьмете минимум за 1 такое фото - 10 грн - 2750грн, чтобы качественно удалить фон.
Поэтому я и спрашиваю сразу бюджет, потому как задача сложная, но часто заказчикам кажется, что здесь всего 11 секунд и сложности нет.

Да. Погорячился я с оценкой) Обычными методами не справиться. Нужно также покадрово вырезать в местах. Из-за того, что цвета фона также присутствуют на объекте.
