Who am I and what do I do?
My name is Bohdan, an architect by education but in fact, I am engaged in business management, its development, specifically Molot - a studio of architectural visualization. We help architects sell their ideas, designers test their product with the public before its implementation. In short - thanks to us, creative individuals and companies become more successful.
Where do I need help?
For us, marketing is one of the most important ways to find new clients, solve more ambitious and interesting problems for clients, grow and develop, become a major player in this market.
Ready solutions have already been found in this direction that bring us leads and clients. These processes are not complicated but very important. Namely:
1. Planning and Posting content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance
The content is already prepared by me, for Instagram and LinkedIn, it needs to be planned once every 2 weeks for the next 2 weeks (Instagram through Later, LinkedIn through my and partner accounts) for Behance - to post the same stories as for Instagram.
A shared planner for all content is prepared on a separate platform for convenience, where it will be clear what, where, and how to post.
Per week:
INSTA posts - 1-2 (Tue, Thu)
INSTA stories - 3-6 (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat)
Behance stories - 3-6 (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat)
LinkedIn - 3-6 (Mon - Andriy, Tue - Bohdan, Wed - Andriy, Thu - Andriy, Fri - Molot, Sat - Molot)
2. Building a database of potential clients from LinkedIn
All incoming data and the quantity per them will be given - you need to find: company name, company's Instagram, their email, name and surname of the Founder or Director (anyone from the top) and their email
500 per week
3. Writing prepared messages, comments, and adding friends based on this database
3 times a day with an interval of no less than an hour so that Instagram does not decide that we are spammers and does not block the account
50 per day or 300 per week (6 days per week)
But for the 1st week, not more than 20, the next 25, then 30, etc.
4. Filling out a report on key performance indicators (LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance)
Enter key performance indicators into the table once a month
5. Add 250 people to the Molot group on LinkedIn
Once a month, 125 from my account and 125 from Andriy's account
