I am looking for a remote freelance recruiter for ongoing collaboration in searching for physical workers. The recruitment mainly concerns construction specialists and workers for freezer jobs.
Scope of duties:
- sourcing candidates (job portals, FB groups, candidate databases)
- initial contact with candidates
- verification of experience and availability
- providing a shortlist of candidates
Profiles we are looking for:
- construction workers (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, reinforcement workers, electricians, plumbers)
- production/warehouse workers
- workers for freezer jobs (-18°C)
- candidates from abroad are welcome
