Case: Welcome chain for the B2B segment
Email MarketingClient: A company that produces packaging for food products.
Cold database, no mailings were conducted.
… Model ACCA: Attention - Comprehension - Conviction - Action
Main elements of the chain strategy:
1. Strict segmentation and narrowing of the funnel at each stage: each subsequent email was sent only to those who opened the previous one. All who did not open at least one email were moved to the Lead Nurturing warm-up chain database (a separate case). This way, it was technically possible to achieve a high OR at narrow stages of the funnel.
2. Each email contained a CTA linking not to an order or page views on the website, but to receiving useful content. This way, users were trained to actively interact with the CTA (High CTR).
3. Use of tests, calculations, dynamic content.
Chain scheme:
1st Email. Subject: Choosing a supplier: who is the real expert?
Preheader: Check yourself in 5 minutes!
Block: For this email, we chose as the main value that part of the film for food packaging is produced by the Client in-house and all products are certified.
CTA - Learn more. Link to the services page.
Block with a test on types of materials and prohibited films. The test was created by me together with the Client's technologist using the Online Test Pad service.
CTA - Check yourself!
Info block: responsibility for using unmarked, uncertified packaging, or packaging made from prohibited materials.
Lead magnet. Offer in the next email to receive a Checklist for choosing quality and safe packaging.
Delivery Rate - 96% (4% - addresses do not exist, inbox full, etc.)
Open Rate - 24%
CTR - 2.7% (high rate for a cold database was achieved mainly due to the test).
After 3 days, a RESEND was made.
Subject: How to avoid huge fines?
Preheader: The pitfalls of the film market.
Removed the block with the test.
Logic: those who did not open the first email are not interested in tests, or they are very busy, serious people.
RESEND gave another 18% OR.
2nd Email. Subject: You can see everything!
Preheader: Transparent production cycle.
Info block dedicated to the production cycle.
CTA - See everything! Link to the relevant page.
Block about the checklist.
CTA: Get the checklist. Link to download.
Delivery Rate - 100%
Open Rate - 38%
CTR - 6%.
3rd Email. Subject: It won't stick! (here there is a double meaning: that quality film packaging never sticks together and a well-known joke about those who consume a lot of sweets).
Preheader: Witty solutions for treats.
Information block about types of packaging designed for different products (sweets, ice cream, coffee, snacks, etc.).
Offer to make a preliminary calculation of the order.
CTA: Find out the cost of the order.
Link to the order calculator (Google Forms).
Delivery Rate - 100%
Open Rate - 75%
CTR - 8%.
4th Email. Social proof.
Subject: Does the product have charisma?
Preheader: News from our clients.
Info blocks with case descriptions and client testimonials.
The emphasis was placed on the fact that the development of original design at the Client's company is free of charge. A case was presented for the production of new ice cream packaging, which increased sales of this product line by 24%.
Block with an offer to send an application to the manager.
Dynamic content was used here. Each sales department manager worked in their own region. I segmented the database by regions.
By substitutions in the email (Unisender service), for each region under the CTA "Send an order," the email address of the corresponding manager was substituted.
Delivery Rate - 100%
Open Rate - 75%
CTR - 5% (orders sent).
At this stage, managers were provided with hot leads, and everything depended on their professionalism.
Final result:
1. It was possible to convert 1.03% of the total number of sent emails into real orders.
A lead database for the Nurturing chain was created.

Summary of the master's thesis: guidelines for graduates
Articles & Blog PostsToday your master's thesis is already finished. Congratulations!
The next important step is to write a summary of the master's thesis.
This document is very important because it is the one that will allow the committee members to have a first impression of the value of your work.
… The summary must be:
interesting for the evaluating committee members;
short;
accurate, to clearly and precisely state the most important findings of the research.
The usual length of the text is from 200 to 400 words, but it can be up to one A4 page.
Master's degree graduates in Poland usually write the summary in Polish, however, often the university requires an English version. This way, your work will be accessible to the international academic community.
We can say that the summary is the business card of your master's thesis. So let's start analyzing the structure and functions of the master's thesis summary.
The aim of your work
First of all, you need to formulate the aim of the work and explain why the research is significant in today's times. This way, you will receive feedback from the specialized examiners on your own research and it allows for a quick understanding of the work. Avoid quotes and overly complicated terminology. Write what you wanted to achieve in your own words.
Research problem / Hypothesis
Here, write what you studied: what objects, properties of objects, actions, phenomena, or trends were the subject of the research?
What did you want to know? Which hypotheses would you like to confirm or refute?
Try to make the text understandable even for people who are not experts in your field.
Methodology
Usually, in every scientific and industrial sphere, there are objectively acceptable research methods. However, you need to briefly describe how you collected and analyzed the data. If you applied your own innovative method, be sure to highlight that.
Results and conclusions
In this part of the master's thesis summary, briefly state what results you obtained and how they can be used.
Keywords
At the very bottom, add 3–5 keywords that should define the topic of your master's thesis, facilitating indexing in databases, and they should be placed directly below the summary text.

The book in the genre of children's fantasy "Robert and the Secrets of Castle Lake."
Poems, Songs & ProseFragment. The book is written "live."
The illustration is done using AI.
Gelka really never cries for long, and this is one of her greatest virtues. She still sniffles, Robert licks her face and hands, but both are already tired of mourning and start looking for a way out of the situation.
…
"Did you take your phone?" Robert asks.
Gelka sniffs. She never has a tissue with her, which always irritates Grandma. At the thought of Grandma, Robert falls into despair again, and so his next phrase comes out with a somewhat sorrowful whimper:
"Do you have your phone with you? Let's text Mom!"
And Gelka suddenly stops crying and looks at Robert, her eyes wide open like a frog:
"You? You can talk?"
What a thing! Gelka understands him! I mean, she understood him before, but like all people, she just understood what he wanted, what his mood was. And all that. But now she understands the words!
"I always talked to you. It's just that for some reason you didn't understand before."
"I thought you were just barking..."
Astonished by the new discovery, they look at each other.
"Am I the extraordinary girl or are you the extraordinary dog?"
"Phew! What an eternal megalomania! You are both completely ordinary, there are just exceptional circumstances," says the Morning Hedgehog sitting on the path in front of the platform.
"Oh, hedgehog! I know you. And you also speak human language!"
"Phew! Very necessary! I'm speaking in the universal language right now, it's just that you have started to understand it. If you want to know, we animals don't have a speech apparatus adapted for speaking your terrible human languages at all. And don't call me 'hedgehog'! Hedgehogs are another... if I may say so, hedgehog. And I have nothing in common with him! My name is Grzegorz. However, that's too complicated for you. You can call me Grześ."
"Nice to meet you... Grześ! Gelya... Angelina," Gelka unnecessarily extended her hand to the Hedgehog. He flinched a little but remained silent.
"But how did it happen that I started to understand? What happened? Is it because of what happened to Grandma? Or... because of what appeared in the lake and stole our key? And what is the 'universal language'?"
"You see, girl, the universal language appeared long before people did..."
"Just listen to him more. This kind animal will tell you a lot," a quiet but clear voice overrides the Hedgehog's voice, dissolving his words in its soft, flowing sounds...
...This voice reminds Robert most of the hot chocolate that Mom squeezed onto the cake. Once she missed, drops fell on the floor, and as soon as they cooled down a little, Robert immediately licked them up...
Robert shakes his head and sees Little Panther coming out of the bushes. Wow! He had never heard her voice before. She only remained silent or snorted. But the Hedgehog, it seems, had heard her. Otherwise, how to explain his unusually embarrassed look?
"Understanding each other, the emergence of languages, and other socio-linguistic issues in this situation are secondary," the Panther meows chocolatey, "the primary question is: where will the girl and the dog spend this night?"
"My phone is dead," Gelka reports in a fallen voice, "and we are already late for the last train to Mom. However, we don't have money for a ticket anyway. We spent all our money on ice cream."
The Hedgehog and the Panther exchange glances.
"Not even the head of this dog will fit in my house," the Hedgehog reports.
Meanwhile, Gelka is already shamelessly rummaging through the bags of Leszek the wanderer, standing near the platform.
"There's a blanket here. It stinks, but it's warm for now, and if it gets cold we can endure and cover ourselves. When Leszek comes, we will explain the situation to him, he's kind, he will let us spend the night with him by the lake. It's not scary with him. And in the morning we will go to Grandma in the hospital. Grandma has her own keys."
"Leszek won't come today. He knows what kind of night it is today. And you can't stay here today either. Basanda sacrificed a swan and took your key, girl," the voice of the Panther melts like hot chocolate.
And the wind from the lake grows stronger and colder...

Artistic translation of the book from Polish to Ukrainian
Text TranslationJarosław Leszczełowski
In the Circle of Regional Fairy Tales. 102 Legends of the Old-Polish Wałcz County.
Photo of the original cover. Illustrations by Kamila Shostek
… A passage is included in the portfolio.
Translation:
About the founding of the city of Drawenburg and the origin of the Wałecki Golcz family
In ancient times, when magic and true wonders still existed in the world, when birds, fish, and beasts spoke the same language as humans, a magnificent palace stood on the southern bank of the Drawa. Surrounded by ramparts and a deep moat, the fortress ruled over the wilderness, which was rarely visited even by the bravest fishermen.
Common people did not know that there lived there, with her faithful maid, an enchanted Gothic princess Mechtehilda. An evil sorcerer had cast a spell on the golden-haired beauty, forcing her to remain in the fortress of Drawa for hundreds of years in solitude, for her people had long since left these lands. To ensure that the girl could not take a single step without the watchful eye of the malicious wizard, he bound her with invisible golden chains that ominously clinked as she walked around the area.
Only once every hundred years could Mechtehilda rid herself of the evil spell. She could be saved by a true knight who managed to remove the magical ring from the princess's finger in such a way that it did not hurt her finger. If someone succeeded, they could marry her and become the lord of all the surrounding lands.
But removing the ring was not easy! The ring seemed to be rooted in her delicate finger. None of the knights who gathered here every hundred years in spring managed to accomplish this task. Therefore, the despairing Mechtehilda had to wait another hundred years for her savior.
At dawn, when the day of trials had come again, the princess went to the Drawa and wept bitterly. A little fish swam up to the sad girl and asked why she was crying. Mechtehilda replied:
— I am in despair because I have waited in vain for so long to be freed.
— And how can you be freed? — the fish inquired.
The spell forbade Mechtehilda from revealing this secret, but she had been alone for so long that she longed to tell someone about her plight, to find sympathy in someone…
"I am forbidden to tell people," the princess found a way out, "but this is just a little fish..."
Original:
About the founding of Drawenburg by the Golcz family
More than a thousand years ago, a castle rose above the southern bank of the Drawa, surrounded by ramparts and a deep moat. The fortress was located in a wasteland that was rarely visited by Slavic fishermen.
In the company of her faithful maid, there lived a Gothic princess Mechtehilda, while her people had left these lands, heading south to Europe. The girl was very beautiful and had long golden hair. After an evil shaman cast a spell on her, she had to remain in the fortress of Drawa for hundreds of years.
Every hundred years, in spring, knights from near and far would come there to attempt to free the princess from the evil spell. The one who succeeded would marry her and thus become the lord of the entire area. The brave man only had to remove the ring from the princess's finger in such a way that it did not cause her pain. This was not easy, as the ring seemed to be embedded in her delicate finger. Many knights failed this task, and the despairing Mechtehilda had to wait another hundred years for her savior.
At dawn, when the day of trial had come again, the princess went to the Drawa and wept bitterly. It should also be noted that Mechtehilda was bound by invisible golden chains that ominously clinked as she walked around the area. A little fish swam up to the sad girl, and it must be known that in those ancient times, fish still understood human speech. When the fish asked the young woman why she was crying, Mechtehilda replied:
— I am in despair because I have waited in vain for so long to be freed.
— And how can one become free? — asked the curious fish.
— I am not allowed to reveal this secret to people, but you are just a little fish...

Creation of an offer and template for publication on social media
Social Media Marketing (SMM)The sample is part of a campaign to promote a new product. To create the first offer, I chose the IBR formula: Identification + Pain + Resolution. Templates for social media were created in the graphic editor Canva.
The client is a private entrepreneur who has been making custom dishes of national cuisine, including sweets, for over 4 years and has regular loyal customers.
… The task is to introduce a new product (slices) into the permanent assortment and ensure orders for it during the pre-holiday season (November, December). For this purpose, chains of publications on social media, email, and Viber newsletters were created.
The first offer consists of:
1. An attractive concise headline
2. A subheading that emphasizes that this is a new item in the assortment
3. Main text with key words
4. Identification of the customer's pain (request). (What if I don't like it?) The fact is that a standard custom cake weighs 2 kg and costs an average of 200 PLN.
5. Resolution. With each order from the standard assortment, 200 grams of slices were provided as a gift for tasting. The offer was reinforced by a limitation (free tasting until the end of November) and a reminder about free delivery.
Result: In December, holiday orders for slices reached the level of key positions in the assortment. Additionally, the volume of orders in November increased by 38% compared to the average monthly volume, as customers were interested in tasting.
