Gather a psychotherapy group through Instagram and Facebook
156 USD My colleague and I are gathering a men's psychotherapy group. For October. This is a group that any men aged 18 and over can participate in to address personal issues: relationships, self-esteem, problems with relatives and parents, issues related to the war, career or work problems, anxiety, depression, creativity, emotional states, aggression, psychosomatics, misunderstanding of oneself, not feeling like a man, and more.
Format: online meetings once every 2 weeks for 4 hours. Primarily aimed at men from Ukraine. The price for 1 meeting is approximately $30-40.
Ways to gather the group: old contacts of interested men in the group; posts on Facebook in thematic groups and on our own pages; thematic reels on TikTok and, more likely, on YouTube and Telegram stories.
And of course, we are counting on some comprehensive SMM campaign that will help effectively find our people.
My colleague and I have some questions:
* what strategy would you recommend?
* how much could this cost?
* what advertising budget is better to allocate for targeting?
* should we do everything on Instagram or should we also use Facebook (and vice versa)?
I heard that it is worth creating a separate page on Instagram specifically for our group for this purpose. We are ready for this. Is it necessary? Posts have already been written in advance. A designer for photos is ready.
Ideally, we want to collaborate with someone who has already gathered 2 psychotherapy groups. If they are specifically men's groups, that would be perfect. Otherwise, at least found 5 people for the group.
