I have 25 different private houses. They can be in the photo as just the front view - like here

or it can also be at an angle, one side - like here

sometimes there are trees or bushes in front of the facade that slightly cover the facade. They can be removed from the photo or left - whichever is easier for you!

for example

1. the color of the facade needs to be changed (I will provide 5 different colors).

2. The material of the facade needs to be changed. This can be brick; stone; vertical wide metal panels. Patterns (textures) for this will be provided or we can use your existing ones or purchase them if necessary from relevant sites.

For each house, I will specify which material and where to replace it. I will show how it was done for us earlier in personal messages.

The result of points 1 and 2 does not need to be done in super (quality) resolution. These images are for social media. This is just to show how one and the same house can look with different colors or exteriors for selling your services. It does not need to be done as a 3D visualization because this is not a specific client's house but material for social media and posts.

Once we had these changes made in Photoshop, maybe there is another way, my main goal is to simplify and reduce the cost of the result:

It is necessary to create masks on the image of those surfaces that need to be changed. For changing the color, this is already sufficient. Open the image, select the required mask, and change the color using one of the available tools in the editor.

With textures (materials) it is a bit more complicated, in Photoshop you can also create a layer, deform it according to the perspective, and if this deformation is applied not just once, but as an effect, then the textures can be changed at any moment.
