Create a layout from Figma in Nuxt.js 3
Here is the final technical task:

2. HTML5 layout, semantic and valid. (will be checked)
3. All vector images should be in vector form using the SVG format.
4. Raster images converted to WebP format.
5. Layout done with PerfectPixel.
6. Adapt all four versions responsively.
7. Implement layout using the nuxt.js 3 library.
8. Regular text page using simple HTML tags because content will be filled in an editor without divs and classes.
9. Program the Wheel of Fortune with a countdown timer.
10. All active elements, buttons, and links should have light CSS3 animations.
11. Layout optimized to achieve a Google PageSpeed test result in the green zone.
12. Layout will be generated using the npm run generate command, meaning SSR = false.
