Overall, we closed almost all tasks according to the plans, but during the execution, it turned out that there are errors in the admin panel of the site related to the Elementor plugin, which complicated the work and we were unable to complete part of the task regarding content edits. Everything else was completed.

Also, some edits need to be done through a programmer, but the client did not have a programmer available to implement the task, so accordingly, we also could not complete it 100%.

The agreements were fulfilled. Thank you for the experience!
It's a pity that the client's designer diploma did not allow for a greater "design leeway" and to constructively outline dissatisfaction. Essentially, two designers worked on the project, not the client and the performer.

It was easy and comfortable to collaborate, I received a clear and well-written technical assignment. The client is open to ideas and ready to consider the task from different angles. Certainly, I would be happy to collaborate in the future.

The client provided a decent project brief, likely created using AI, but very detailed with many files containing examples and full texts. I refined the logic, changed the texts, and simplified the input for clients as much as possible. I delayed it due to misunderstandings with the platform.

There was very prompt communication with Sai on the day of agreeing on the terms, considering that the person was at work. During the actual work, the client communicated politely, pleasantly, and promptly, as much as possible. Even if we disagreed on something, the discussion was completely non-aggressive and constructive. It was very pleasant to work with the gentleman, and only positive impressions remain.

The tasks are formulated clearly and understandably, there is always a detailed technical specification, which significantly simplifies the execution of the work. The employer is very responsive and answers questions quickly. The task could have been formulated a bit more clearly if it had been specified from the start that the export to PDF and DXF was needed, but this came up during the process. Therefore, the rating is 9, and everything else is fine and very good.

Advantages: the client is always in touch, responds quickly.
Disadvantages: lack of technical specifications, unclear vision, several changes in concept, absence of basic corporate identity.
The client was satisfied with the final result, all his wishes were taken into account.
