Client request:
The client needed automation of lead processing in CRM to reduce manual work and speed up response time to potential clients.

What I did:
I set up automation in ActiveCampaign and Pipedrive:
• When a new lead is added, the system checks its status.
• If the lead is new, it is added to the CRM at the appropriate stage.
• If the lead already exists, its status is automatically updated.
• The system sends an automated email with an invitation to schedule a call.

Results:
- Reduced lead processing time by 60%.
- Automated segmentation of leads by status.
