Key functionality:

Multimodality: The AI agent recognizes and processes both text and voice messages from customers.

Full sales cycle: The agent engages in dialogue, provides advice on the product range, and guides the customer until the purchase is made.

Hybrid management model (Human-in-the-Loop): The ability to instantly stop the AI agent for manual intervention by a manager has been implemented. The agent's work can be resumed for specific customers at any moment.

Smart escalation: In case of specific or complex issues, the agent automatically transfers the dialogue to the manager, sending a relevant notification, and ceases its work with that customer until further instructions.

Synchronization with CRM: All data collected during the dialogue is automatically transmitted and recorded in the client's CRM system.

Gemini / GPT / Claude (intelligent text and voice processing)

HTTP/API (for synchronization with external CRMs)
