It’s very difficult to logically respond to such negative feedback on the project that lasted more than a month and passed through the arbitration.I will try to reflect the main points.Before the work we talked, clarified the important ones for the customer.The nuances and I in the preparation of the TZ, in which the customer entered several points and agreed.After the work was done, I learned that the task was quite conditional for the customer.I was even accused when he told me I was working on the task.Later, it was also revealed that the task can be treated not only from a technical, but also from a legal point of view.Of course, I explained that the budget, the deadlines and, as not strange, the outcome of the work - directly depends on the assigned task.The project is attached to images to which it was to be focused.Also, html files were to be provided, but they were not sent even after a reminder in the work area.As a result, the original version of the project was made under bootstrap 4, which caused bright dissatisfaction and sudden demand for perfect pixel.A line of pixels into pixels is quite difficult to perform on images with different scales, different patterns and the content of complex geometric figures (the truth is even more difficult when a page is not presented at all).As a matter of the weekly layer, the customer forgot to mention that at this time the process of obtaining original machets (exactly some of them) was included, and the layer itself was performed (already without bootstrap) in one day and took about 8 hours.The truth after its sending became known that the PSD packages also contain inaccuracies, which of course need to be corrected in the edge.There were also models for the mobile version.It was later revealed that pixel perfect is also not needed and still it is necessary to use unprecedented styles...

During the work on the project, I had to give up several other orders (including from permanent customers), sinceI couldn’t plan time because of the adjustments.However, I couldn’t give up the already planned work, which led to a delay in responding to the next list of directions.The buyer quickly closed the project as unfulfilled and I had to apply to the arbitration.During the arbitration, the customer stated that the work did not match the TZ and sent the routes on 9 pages (the initial TZ was on 2).I, in my turn, refused the right, said that the disagreements described are not in the task and understood the initial TZ points.In addition, for the completion of the project, I proposed to fulfill the critical points.The customer agreed, I consulted on their implementation, brought it into a separate document and agreed with the customer.Of course, after the execution followed the guidelines and accusations, we took another week to move to the last stage.The text of the errors was corrected according to the customer’s judgment.The field masks (the type of phone) were sounded in the final directions and were not implemented in the project.However, they have nothing to do with security issues (especially data validation and filtration), sinceIt should beined at the backend level, not in the visual (these data can be sent to the site in any form even without a visual page).About the aforementioned supplement spoke already on the arbitration, before that the customer, on the contrary, proposed to cut the budget.In the process of work and in the arbitration I did not require any additional payments, although I explained that usually substantial corrections (not described in the task) are carried out in a separate project.I don’t think that would be appropriate in the present case.After the work was completed, I set up a customer hosting site, made a description of the project and consulted on the issues arising.I am very sorry that the project, which was spent so much time and effort, was unfavourable to all sides.
