Operational stabilization and optimization of processes for an online school
Project for establishing operational order in an existing online business in the education sector.
The business was already operational and had a team, but the operational part was overloaded with manual solutions: some processes existed "in the head," responsibility was blurred, and the owner and administrators were constantly involved in minor operational issues.

reduce the operational burden on the owner;
structure current processes without a complete business overhaul;
bring order to the daily operations of the team;
ensure stability of work without constant manual control.
What was done:
analyzed current processes and operational "bottlenecks";
described key operational scenarios (lesson launches, customer interactions, replacements, force majeure);
documented roles and responsibilities within the team;
organized communication tools and working channels;
optimized the use of CRM and internal spreadsheets;
implemented regular operational control points;
created simple and clear operational documentation for the team.
Result:
the number of manual interventions in daily work decreased;
the team received clear rules and action algorithms;
the owner ceased to be the sole decision-making point;
the business began to operate more stably even during peak periods.
The project allowed the business to transition from a "reactive" mode of operation to a calmer and more predictable operational format.
