Usually, if you have Instagram integration set up with CRM, clients are grouped within the CRM by statuses in the sales funnel. The correspondence takes place directly in the CRM, so you do not need to go to Instagram to search for a client or write to them.

In SalesDrive, add tags (for example, "Regular customer", "New inquiry", "Problematic customer"). This will allow you to quickly find the necessary chats and information.

2. How to behave with clients who were interested in the product but did not order?
Do not delete chats — leave them for future contact. After 3-5 days, send them a message: "Good afternoon! You were interested in our product [name]. Can I help you with your choice, or do you perhaps have any questions?". You can also offer a discount. If the client does not respond, write again in 1-2 weeks, offering a discount.
