Hi there, I own a real estate agency dealing with international clients from around the world who buy holiday homes and investment properties.
I need an experienced Lead generation Expert who can design the entire Real estate Sales Process/Strategy , from Generating leads , Nurturing and Converting them. ( our sales cycle is long , 2 to 12 months )
We will use amoCRM for this
🎯 HERE ARE THE DETAILS OF WHAT I NEED :
📍 The type of Funnels I will need ;
- Lead generation and qualification funnel ( we will use specific property developments as well as lead magnets )
- Lead Nurturing funnel within AmoCRM ( includes , emails , calls , Whatsapp and should last for at least 12 months and %90 should be automated based on certain actions )
- Lead conversion funnel within AmoCRM ( 2 different ones 1 for hot and another one for cold leads should nurture leads for 12 months )
👉 I need clear visual customer journey and strategy map for each section above.
I want my agents who will follow up with these leads to know exactly what to do with these leads in the first 5 mins and on the 14th day or 3rd month of follow up… This should be clearly and visually mapped.
Same applies for automated sms , emails and WhatsApp messages.
📍 Ready to use Reporting system ( KPI ) ;
I plan to use AmoCRM / Kommo CRM for Lead follow up and Sales Pipeline tracking.
Below KPI reporting system should be organized for each ad platform so as business owner we can see how we re doing per platform.
