1. Create an animation for the OBS scene and animate the logo in the same way as the already implemented one for my other scene.

Sizes must match exactly those in the PSD — they were made specifically for the scene.

It is necessary for a slowly moving outline frame to surround the banner; if not possible, then make the gradient break along the frame.

It is important to understand the context of all animations, as I have a basic OBS scene.
The same small effect should be on the banner where the small dots are to animate them.
Steps:
1. The base banner with the text "Subscribe" and the logo. It would be good if the outline around the logo frame had a gradient similar to the Instagram story ring — duration 5 seconds.
2. "Subscribe" disappears, the channel name "ChillsMate" appears, and around it, the icons for 1 Twitch, 2 YouTube, 3 TikTok rotate one by one, each icon stays for 5 seconds. The text "ChillsMate" remains constant. After all three icons are shown, it returns to the default "Subscribe" state. It would be good if the filled gradient under the icon also broke, but very easily.
It is crucial that everything has a seamless cyclic appearance, as it will run in a loop.
Total duration is 20 seconds:

5 seconds Twitch
5 seconds YouTube
5 seconds TikTok
4. An analogous narrow banner
The second banner has a similar 1:1 mechanism. The only difference is that it is already narrow, width 1080 px, for horizontal TikTok streaming. Its mechanics, frames, and timing are identical to the first.
