I am looking for a system architect or business analyst to develop the logical structure of a custom CRM system. The system should be a "constructor," adaptable to any type of product (from jewelry to electronics and food).
It is necessary to design 4 key modules:
Universal catalog (PIM): Logic of dynamic characteristics. The system should allow the user to create fields themselves (for example: "weight/carat" for jewelry, "capacity" for batteries, "fat content" for milk).
Distribution (B2B): Working with a network of retail outlets (wholesale). Accounting for orders, shipments, routes, and settlements with partners.
Retail (B2C/POS): Functionality of the retail outlet. Quick sales, stock balances on-site, logic of returns, exchanges, and loyalty programs.
Warehouse and Logistics: Accounting for movements between the central warehouse and sales points, inventory, write-offs, and handling returns.
What I expect from you:
Not code, but functional architecture (description of tables, relationships, and business processes).
Experience in creating trading or warehouse systems.
Suggestions for "smart" functionality from your experience (how to simplify life for the business).
Result: Detailed technical specifications for developers (logical diagrams, description of modules, and access rights).
