Find a specialist to conduct an audit and fine-tuning of the CRM system Keepin, as well as to develop regulations for all employees working with the system. The CRM was fully configured. In my opinion, it requires minor adjustments and clear instructions for employees.
Tasks
1. Audit of the current state of the CRM
• Analysis of the existing configuration and settings.
• Verification of the correctness of synchronization with telephony.
• Verification of integration with Facebook.
• Evaluation of data structure, sales funnels, automations, and reporting.
• Identification of problems and opportunities for improvement.
2. Refinement of the CRM
• Correction of integrations (telephony, Facebook, other channels as needed).
• Optimization of sales funnels and application processing processes.
• Setting up automations for the convenience of administrators, operators, and the finance department.
• Distribution of access rights for different groups of employees.
3. Development of regulations
• Creation of clear instructions for the following categories of employees:
• Administrators – maintaining the client database, assigning tasks.
• Phone operators – handling calls, recording data, working with leads.
• Finance department – payment control, working with reporting.
• Conducting training or creating training materials (by agreement).
