I understood the task: AI breaks down the finished report in Google Docs into blocks → selects a slide template for each block → assembles Google Slides. The content is sacred (it does not change). If there is no perfect template — a universal layout, then you add a new template, and the AI reassembles.

How I assemble this in practice:
- Parsing Docs: Google Docs API → structured tree (headings, paragraphs, tables, embedded diagrams). LLM is NOT used at this stage — to ensure "no distortion of text."
- Classification of blocks: LLM (Claude Sonnet, cheap) takes the structure and returns for each block "which type of slide fits" — referring to the list of templates in the Figma library.
- Creating slides: Google Slides API + Apps Script as runtime → we copy the template → substitute text 1:1 from the original.
- Universal template: if confidence < threshold → fallback to "contentful" template with autofit.
- "Reassemble": in Sheets, a separate sheet with a map (slide_id, source_block, template_id), you edit template_id → trigger rebuild for specific slides.

"Final and sacred content" is the first thing that caught my attention in your description. Most AI solutions here immediately break down: the model "helps" to shorten and rephrase. The correct architecture is that AI only classifies blocks and selects templates; the text remains verbatim.

A similar case from my portfolio:
I built a system for automatic structuring of meeting reports: SemblyAI transcribes → GPT-4 analyzes and classifies each block (action / decision / context / question) → blocks are arranged in the corresponding sections of the Notion template without changing a single word.
