I see two separate blocks in the task — and this is how I approach the implementation.
Data collection automation is my part: Create a scenario that pulls metrics from various sources (tables, CRM, advertising accounts, API) on a schedule, validates the data, and compiles it into a structured format ready for Power BI. Without any manual copying at all.
Power BI dashboard — I am working with a partner who specializes in this. From the screenshots in the job posting, I see the level — Sales & EBIT broken down by channels, dynamics, tables. It can be implemented.
From relevant experience: I built a pipeline in Make — webhook trigger, condition filtering, automatic logging of statuses in Google Sheets, 0 errors in History. The same logic, just at the output not Sheets but a source for Power BI.
One clarification: from which sources are they currently calculating manually — tables, CRM, advertising accounts, something else? This depends on the architecture of automation and the exact timeline.

From the examples, it is clear that you need not just a separate dashboard in Power BI, but a full-fledged analytical scheme: consolidation of data from various sources, normalization of indicators, and only then the construction of reports on sales, channels, margin/EBIT, planning, repeat sales, and marketing effectiveness.
I work specifically with such tasks in data automation: collection, bringing to a unified structure, preparation of a managed set of indicators, and subsequent visualization in an understandable format.
From your examples, I see that it is important to fix 3 things at the start: which data sources we are connecting, which KPIs are mandatory for the first version, and which of the shown formats we take as the baseline.
I can start with a small test assembly before approval: take 1-2 sources, collect the first normalized layer of data, and show the basic outline of the report on key metrics and channels. This will allow for a quick assessment of the actual volume and not build a solution on assumptions.
