This project aims to optimize the process of extracting data from semi-structured legal rental documents in .docx format and storing them in the Microsoft Azure database. The system will also allow for quick information retrieval through convenient query requests. In addition, an automated system will be implemented for submitting new documents via a standardized electronic form.

Main tasks:

Cloud infrastructure management:

• Development, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, which will ensure reliable storage and processing of rental document data.
• Optimization of the system for scaling and processing large files, including documents with embedded images.
  

• Configuration and management of the database on the Microsoft Azure platform to ensure efficient storage and quick access to extracted data.
• Ensuring reliable storage and organization of images and documents for easy access and retrieval.

Security measures:

• Implementation of security measures such as data encryption and access control to protect confidential information.
• Regular security audits and implementation of updates to protect the system from potential threats.

CI/CD setup:

• Creation and maintenance of a continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) cycle that will ensure automatic system updates and quick deployment of new features.
• Testing new versions of the system before their deployment to prevent errors.
