Что Вы имеете ввиду под "Выделить 25-тыс переменных...", они должны быть в разных таблицах? Под "Переменными" вы имеете ввиду ряд данных? Нуждаються ли эти 100 привязок в выделении еще одной таблицы?
Если я правильно понял, то должно быть четыре таблицы по 25 тыс записей в каждой, а в каждой такой таблице должно быть 100 прив'язок к рядам, из 25 тыс записей, которые Вы устанавливаете САМИ. За стоимость работы можем договриться, это точно не 3000грн.
Подобное задание уже выполнял в Академии ШАГ, где я сейчас учусь. Так же готов написать интерфейс для работы(CRUD) с этой базой на технологии WinForms, за отдельную плату.
