Битрикс и картинки

Есть проблемы с картинками в категориях и карточке товара. Для примера возьмем товар - http://www.watchcases.ru/catalog/shkatulka_dlya_zavodki_6_ti_chasov_chernyy/
Проблема 1.
Смотрим на картинку товара. Она ужасна. Оригинал - прикрепил. Ресайзится она стандартными средствами битрикса. Качество теряет сильно! Нужно сделать так, чтобы картинка показывалась - нормально.
В каталоге - та же проблема. Я сделал ресайз в фотоошопе - на нем картинка смотрится хорошо. На сайте - убого.
Как сделать так, чтобы картинка смотрелась хорошо везде? Если потребуется можем сделать все ресайзы в фотошопе, а на сайт закачать новые файлы.
Проблема 2.
К этой картинке прописан альт - Шкатулка для заводки 6-ти часов ( черный) [10009B] - при этом в яндекс-картинках найти этот товар не возможно по этому альту!! Точнее картинку найти можно, но с других сайтов. Хотя мы первоисточник. В гугле вроде бы такой проблемы нет. Нужно как-то решить эту задачу, она относится ко всем товарам, даже к тем которые мы будем создавать в будущем.
Кто может помочь? Цена и сроки?

Даже уникальные не стоит портить водяным знаком.
Обращение к хозяину сайта. Дело не в альтах картинки, а в самом сайте. Проверьте сами ниодна картинка из топа по запросу не содержит альта. -
